Impressionistic version of field flower silhouettes against a sunset sky. Highly textured acrylic paint on paper, mounted to a thick panel, covered with layers of acrylic resin and double framed. Colors are mainly blue, orange and ochre.

Bio
Marie is a graduate of Moore college of Art & Design in Philadelphia. She began her career in the arts as a freelance sign painter. She enjoys experimenting with methods and materials and her current work frequently pairs watercolor or oil with acrylic resin. She participates in a variety of regional juried art shows as well as the annual Chester County Studio Tour.
