Ron Prybycien

Ron attended Parsons School of Design. He began his professional career as Assistant Display Director for Tiffany & Co. in New York City. After several years, he started his own business as a product space designer and visual merchandising consultant for retail stores and trade showrooms throughout the United States. He was also called upon by theater producers to design and install merchandising areas for many Broadway shows including Titanic and Footloose. Ron moved to Bucks County in 1990. He is now a full-time artist who paints in oil in the traditional Impressionist style. Although he still paints in many sizes, his current focus is on miniatures. For him, miniatures are an especially exciting and riveting challenge. Adding details in a minute space requires utmost patience, concentration and determination especially where proportion, composition, light and color become even more critical. Ron participates in a number of juried and invitational exhibitions mainly throughout the eastern United States.
