Genevieve was born and raised in Chester County, Pennsylvania, where she and her husband still reside. From childhood, she found joy in painting and drawing. Graduating with a degree in Communications and Design, Genevieve went on to work in television set design. While working in that industry, she continued to explore painting for pleasure but the hobby eventually consumed her. In 2005, she left TV to pursue a career as a fine artist. Since that time, her award-winning paintings have been on display at juried and invitational shows. Her work has been used for cards, posters, magazine covers and a calendar. When not working on commission pieces, Genevieve finds inspiration in the relationship between man, animal and nature. This curiosity has led to a large body of work focused on sporting art, primarily fox hunting. Her work, though, is not exclusively this genre and she willingly explores any subject that catches her eye.
